DESPERATE HILLARY CLINTON FILES APPEAL TO STOP HER EMAIL TESTIMONY
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton desperately files appeal to stop her email testimony after federal court ordered a deposition of on her emails and Benghazi attack records.
Earlier, a federal judge granted Judicial Watch's request to have Hillary Clinton sit and answer questions under oath about her use of a private email server to conduct government business and Benghazi attack records.
But Clinton argued that she has already answered questions about this and should not have to do so again. Despite her counter response, D.C. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth said in his ruling that her past responses left much to be desired.
"As extensive as the existing record is, it does not sufficiently explain Secretary Clinton's state of mind when she decided it would be an acceptable practice to set up and use a private server to conduct State Department business," Lamberth said.
Now, Hillary Clinton is hitting back by filing an Appeal to stop her court-ordered email testimony.
According to The Gateway Pundit, Judge Lamberth, a Reagan appointee blasted State Department lawyers defending Hillary Clinton who were working to cover up her email scandal.
'There is no FOIA exemption for political expedience, nor is there one for bureaucratic incompetence,' Judge Lamberth said warning the government lawyers. |
